| This position supports the Director of Sales in presenting the senior living community to prospects and referrals in an effort to achieve occupancy goals in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of SCPH. This includes, but is not limited to: |
- Sales
- Resident / Family / Client / Guest / Staff Relations
- Planning
- Delivery of Services and Programs
- General Office / Clerical
- Regulatory Compliance

| BA/BS degree in Marketing/Communications or related field, experience in senior housing sales preferred. Equivalent experience in senior housing sales may substitute for formal education. |
- Minimum four years experience in a sales position, preferably in housing for seniors. Predisposition and avocation for sales and the sales process, especially relationship selling.
- Proficiency and ability to effectively use Windows OS, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Internet Explorer or equivalent software, MS Publisher, MS Power Point and the ability to perform mail merge task preferred. Knowledge of REPS software preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English. Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Willingness and ability to work independently, take initiative and be a self-starter.
- Willingness and ability to interact professionally with all customers (especially older adults) and co-workers, individually and as a part of a team. Willingness and ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and privacy.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple items / tasks as required and adapt favorably to changing priorities.
- Willingness and ability to make appropriate judgments, decisions and problem solving in a timely manner and within the context of the situation at hand.
- Ability to create and maintain records/logs, develop/implement systems, and plan/implement programs and services.
