- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Successful completion of the Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Current CNA and CPR cards.
- Willingness and ability to understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations.
- Ability to develop and maintain a good working relationship with facility personnel, other professional, governmental agencies, their representative, residents and community.
- Per SCPH authorization and approval, position may be required to drive on company business and shall meet the requirements of the Business Auto Safety Program, including having a valid CA drivers license, auto insurance and a clear driving record.
