| Reporting to the Program Director, this position conducts nursing duties and responsibilities for the adult day services of Redwood Elderlink. This includes, but is not limited to: |
- Participant Health Maintenance
- Daily Operations
- Participant and Caregiver Relations
- Medical Management
- Record Maintenance

- Valid California RN License
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, preferably in a gerontological-type setting
- Knowledge of Public Health Nursing principles, with particular emphasis on: aging; physical assessment techniques and care planning; health counseling techniques; and services and facilities which are available to families
- Skill in assessing, preparing and monitoring participant care plans and maintaining accurate records and reports with understanding an compliance with Department of Aging and DHS
- Knowledge and experience in gerontology
- Flexibility, initiative, creativity, and organizational skills in working within a team environment
